cancellation and refund policy

Full Circle Training has a 48-hour refund policy. No refunds will be processed unless the request is received 48 hours prior to the start of your scheduled class. In order to receive a refund, you must email your request to info@fullcircletraining.org.  Your email will be a receipt as to the timeliness of your request. You may call to confirm that your email has been received. 

**Note – there is a $10.00 cancellation fee for every refund and if purchasing a blended learning class the cancellation fee is an additional $20.00.

You may also request to reschedule if within 24 hours of your scheduled class contingent on the requested class having open slots remaining. 

No Shows will  not receive refunds or be permitted to reschedule.  Any students that show up more than 15 minutes late to class will not be permitted to participate and no refund will be issued. 

Refunds will not be issued to any student who is unable to pass the course.
